Our company was established in 1991 as a trading firm supplying steel materials
—primarily special steel—to automotive parts manufacturers.
Since then, we have conducted our business with a consistent commitment to acting as a supplier that always prioritizes the perspective of our customers.
Currently, we position stainless steel and electrical steel sheets as new core businesses,
and we have established a structure that enables us to provide services not only to the automotive sector but also to a wide range of other industries.
Furthermore, we aim to be a company that can communicate a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
Leveraging our unique perspective, we will continue to introduce materials
from both blast-furnace and electric-furnace steelmakers in ways
that clearly highlight their relevance to environmental initiatives.

Corporate History
Nov 1974: Business started as a sole proprietorship.
Jan 1991: Established as Komaki Steel Co., Ltd.
May 2004: Iwakura warehouse established.
Aug 2009: Kasugai warehouse established.
Oct 2012: Office relocated to Kasugai.
Mar 2013: Tamotsu Mizutani becomes Representative Director.
Jun 2014: Established a processing and sales company in Thailand (now closed).
Aug 2023: Suzuki Kogyo (a manufacturer of incinerators and dust collectors based in Miyoshi) becomes a subsidiary.
Jan 2024: Operation of the Miyoshi plant begins.
